Yes, absolutely. Once your curtains or blinds are ready, we come back to install them. No extra steps. No hidden fees. Our team handles the full curtain installation, so you don’t have to lift a finger. Everything’s measured, fitted, and mounted by professionals.
Installation is typically scheduled within 5 working days after payment and order confirmation, subject to availability.
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all fabrics and rails against manufacturing defects.

Bookings & Orders
Booking a visit is simple! Just go to our booking page, select your preferred date and time, and provide your contact details.
Currently, the easiest and fastest way to book a visit is through our website. However, if you face any issues, you can contact our customer support via WhatsApp or phone, and we’ll assist you with the booking manually.
A booking is confirmed once your phone number is successfully verified by:
Entering a One-Time Password (OTP) at the time of booking, or
Confirming via WhatsApp if OTP verification fails.
An order is confirmed when you complete one of the following:
Full upfront payment
50% advance payment
First installment of the 3-month payment plan
Yes, you have 24 hours after payment to cancel or modify your order. After that, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a defect.

Installation & Pre-Installation
Please ensure:
- Work Permit (if required by your building)
- Drilling authorization for the scheduled timeslot
- Electricity is connected
The installation date is confirmed with Kustom Curtains.
It’s preferred. If not possible, you can appoint someone to supervise.
Most installations are completed within a few hours depending on the number of windows.
Yes. Please inform us in advance if you need removal services.
Pricing & Payment
No. Our quotations are completely transparent.

- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) — via our website or secure Stripe link
- Bank Transfer — for upfront payments
- Cash — only for upfront payments during the visit or at our office
- For the 50% payment option: balance is due the day after a successful installation.
- For installment plans: monthly as per the agreement.
Unpaid balances may be referred to a debt collection agency and subject to legal action. All associated fees will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation, Refund & Warranty
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after payment.
No, after 24 hours your order enters production and refunds are no longer available unless the product is defective or incorrectly manufactured.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects on fabrics and rails for 12 months. It does not cover accessories, misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

Motorization
Yes, we offer motorized options for both curtains and blinds.
We offer:
- Motion Motors (compatible with Alexa, Google Home, and Apple HomeKit)
- Somfy Motors (integrated via TaHoma Switch)

Yes, via apps, remotes, or smart home systems.
Yes. Our trained technicians handle all motorized installations to ensure perfect fitting and setup.
